Go for a walk in nature 30 minutes a day and listen to “The happiness trap.” Live based on your values and focus on creating meaning in whatever you do. Cooking dinner, exercising, talking with a friend on the phone. Any activity. Eat more eggs for the healthy fat and protein. Consider taking ZMA before bed. Addiction pushes away negative thoughts and emotions but they will rebound back unless you live your values and act with purpose every day. This will grow your ability to control unhelpful urges and experience peace. You can do it. Consider low dose ssri to take the edge off of sadness or worry. This can be overcome and you will be stronger on the other side. Good luck.
Currently drinking and watching a show with the lady. our babies are sleeping soundly. Wish I had friends like you guys in real life. I’ve never known someone who would approve of me frequenting this place except my wife. But that’s only because I taught her before we had kids. Life can be a little isolating. Thank God for my wife and this place.
Check the options at costco. You’d be surpirised how few the ingredients are. Firstly, I think fermented soy in teriyaki isn’t too bad. 3 quarts of soy milk per day is not the same as 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce over some broccoli and baked chicken to help bring in the macros.
Organic marinara imported from Italy is excellent, only a few ingredients - namely Italian whole peeled tomatoes, olive oil, onions, salt, garlic, basil, black pepper, oregano.
The alfredo is: vegetable stock, cream, buttermilk, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, canola oil (A shit ingredient, but minor), rice starch, garlic, sea salt, onion powder, citric acid, xanthan gum, spice.
This isn’t the ragu goyslop from target or walmart you might be thinking of. If I’m not mistaken cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower actually reduce estrogen. This regimen has been great for muscle development this year, no man boobs here lol.
I like to bake a bunch of organic chicken thighs (boneless, skinless) in a pyrex dish. Let cool, drain the liquid. Chop the chicken into slices. Leave the pyrex in the fridge covered in foil. Heat a portion of chicken with steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) for dinner nightly. Serve with rice, top with teriyaki, alfredo, or marinara (mixed with a little heavy cream and hot sauce). Simple and clean. One batch of chicken often gets me from Sunday to Thursday for dinner during the work week.
This is great information, very practical. I really appreciate it. I pay very close attention when I see your posts around here. Merry Christmas, she-goat.
Never on birth control in her life. Literally the vax is the only thing she got tricked into. Thank you, I’ll read up. She’s open to natural supplements.

Thank you. I’m thinking in this direction too. Unnatural influence of goyslop in formative years is a great way to shape wage slaves afraid of losing health insurance.
Couldnot agree more. Recently read a book claiming “enriched” flour and “enriched” white rice may contain shitty versions of B vitamins that could actually be toxic. Bad manufacturing and questionable sources. Maybe celiac disease is overdiagnosed, and the true culprit is “enriched” unnatural foods.
I know, the x2 is very bad. It’s her one red flag. Her older sister talked her into it. Her parents avoided the shots. Women without a strong male influence are on the globohomo chopping block. Always have been. But, I’m just trying to live my life in a fucked world. I love her and I’m hoping for the best, I’ll accept the consequences.

She took pfizer x2 in 2021 before I met her. She has not gotten any more since I met her. This thyroid issue was first noted in her bloodwork 8 years ago. She’s tried to manage it naturally since then but is wanting to go with Dr’s advice for a change.

Not trolling, I’m sorry if my wording was rash. This is a fallen world, and as such many of the solutions man has engineered have unintended consequences. Maybe thyroid difficulties are one such example. I am flawed and working on accepting this world with more grace while I am here. Thank you for your thoughtful reply, I appreciate it. Merry Christmas and I am hoping the thyroid medication will help her too. I just wanted to ask guys here in order to gain perpective on whether I support this step into the medical world or not. You helped me, thank you.

Great point, I agree it’s more likely glyphosate.
