I don't think living with your parents as an adult is by default "weird". I hope if I am ever in a position to not be able to care for myself that my children step in to help (or at least help me to off myself if appropriate).

I looked into it a little and looks like some people have been reporting issues like you for about a year. I would say to check to make sure your browser is up to date first. You can check through the settings related to ad-blocking but really Brave should be good to go without messing with it too much. I use uBlock Origin browser extension which might be beneficial. I have dated short men although I did marry a tall man. Believe it or not, appearance was not a huge factor for me for mate selection after the age of 18 or so.
For example, I prefer blue eyes and my husband has brown. None of my children have my blue eyes but I'm not too bent out of shape about it.
Nothing wrong with being any height. On average, Asians are shorter than Whites so I said it was a good guess as I believe 5'8" is shorter than average for a full-blooded White and the man's dark hair and eyes as well as the unique eye shape could mark him as an Asian half-breed.
While I have a preference for taller men (I am taller than average as well) I don't hold height against anyone as there's nothing one can do about it.
