The nigger was never arrested. The cops lied to the shelter about his injuries. The new owner refuses to give dog back. This guy got screwed by every single person involved. Why arrest a guy for property damage to the hotel and who says he is suicidal when asked because he is severely concussed and has no idea what the hell happened?
