Gene therapy implies alteration of DNA, which these "vaccines" don't do. Assuming, of course, that some plain RNA and editing enzymes haven't been snuck in among the mRNA.
The Johnson and Johnson "vaccine", on the other hand, does actually edit DNA. They publicly admit that it does. Everybody is supposed to have no problem with a "vaccine" that literally injects you with viruses that infect your cells and make them spew viral proteins (and potentially do other things, too).
