Voting causes page refresh

I have run into an occasional issue where attempting to upvote on both Apple and Android mobile devices causes the page to refresh. Upon refresh, the same thing happens again. When I try to refresh the url manually, it says “confirm form resubmission”. A temporary fix is to go to the home page and navigate back to where I was, temporarily fixing this issue. But, I seem to keep running into it.

Also, comment box on mobile does not display all text being typed, some of it is not visible and appears outside the box. The post comment button on mobile also sometimes disappears until I hit enter at the end of a comment, and then only a partial post comment button appears.

Plus, I was not able to edit this post on iOS. Tried typing this out twice and hit save, but the edited portion of my post just went away.

I've seen this too. It doesn't always do it, but when it does, it does.

I think it has to do with voting before the page has fully loaded.
