We typically grow sweet corn for our use, but sometimes they are actually a bit too sweet for my taste. Wouldn't mind trying to grow some of the flour corn varieties. We've grown decent popcorn, but the timing of harvesting and drying are key to actually getting the kernels to pop. Don't think we're going to try those again this year..
