It uses html, so you should be able to customize quite a bit. No javascript or other unneccecery stuff obviously.

Ban list would be https://www.voat.xyz/bannedsubusers.php?sub=subverse. It's basic but it works for the time being. What type of controls do you have in mind?

You have to use HTML. Implementing a customer markup like that is more stress on the server. HTML is better and more powerful. If you don't know any I'd look it up. But to post a link the basic syntax is <a href="http://www.website.com">Text here</a>

I appreciate that. I'd really like to try the HTML route though. I fixed the first link in your description. Use that as a template. Let me know if you need help.

I'm going to set up some basic templates so people with no experience can just copy and paste. HTML is so much better, and less work for me to do. We'll see how that goes.
