If you honestly believed in the efficacy of that shot, wouldn't you be pissed off about someone jamming an empty syringe into your arm? I personally would get pissed if Walgreens shorted me one pill on a script for antibiotics, and that doesn't even involve someone digging in my arm with a needle.
