If you have an account there, delete it immediately. BUT FIRST! delete your posts. If you delete your account there, your posts will still remain. There are browser tools to do this. Delete your posts, then delete your account.

This will overwrite your posts with nonsense, making them theoretically useless if someone tries to look up your old account posts.

Do the same for Facebook.

I’m not sure I’ve heard of ANY website that has ever done this. If you were banned on a vBulletin-style forum, that username was gone for good.
