You should check your profile to make sure you don't own any subs or modding positions you don't want to. You can abandon a mod position on the sub page. To give up ownership of a sub instantly you can transfer it to username "MrGoat".
The list is displayed on the sub's page. Bans can be viewed and unbanned if you click banned users on the sub's page. It's pretty basic but it works. Let me know what is missing or what you need and I will add it.
