Thought I'd go check on the faggotry over at poal.. both my accounts have been logged out, and my passwords don't work.

So, I guess I got banned, while not actively using the site? Seems I can't look at user profiles if I'm not logged in, and I'm not going to try to make a new account, so I haven't checked to see if my accounts are actually banned, or if I'm just not allowed to use them anymore. It wouldn't surprise me if the fags over there started stealing accounts and using them to slander/discredit those accounts' original users.

Whatever the case may be, I'm feeling very "whatever" about it all.

Your last comment there is 2 months old, anyway the thread I linked is for documenting these in one place, password resets to avoid a public ban is the M.O. on poal, your profile doesn't say you're banned so it's one of many shadowbans.

They seem to be editing the name that I post under on that site. I stop by occasionally to see what skull fuckery looks like. Seems like I'm close to being either banned or shadow banned out there, and I've barely ever even interacted directly with AOU. I guess we really did stop their free lunch.

Started out as April Fool's joke. Now they have a sticky saying it's permanent. Whatever, I used to still hang around there as well as there just because it was still worthwhile, but fuck 'em. Site is completely worthless now.

Afraid not. The faggots that remain there will put up with anything. I sent one last invitation to come to Voat.xyz and got nothing but hostility.
