That's such a good point. Black characters in novels and TV for black kids not written by blacks is intellectualized as "blacks can't see themselves in White characters". That's the fucking problem. They're assumed to be able to see themselves in any character. Whites will see themselves in black characters written to depict them exactly as if they are white. blacks don't ever have to learn about their own lack of feeling for others. The black characters reinforce it.
The fucking Jews understand the lack internally because they have no fucking soul. Porn is a sexual relationship to them. There is no spiritual component to sex or relationships if you have no spirit.
For normal people, there's no such thing as a sexual relationship. Sex is a spiritual relationship and the fidelity of it is imperative.
Besides. the hormones released during sex reinforce that. Making the release of those hormones with strangers the same as the release of those hormones with marriage partners. No more loyalty to a spouse than to genitalia behind a dumpster
By the way, legally lolicon and related material sexualizing children is illegal federally in the U.S.A. under the PROTECT Act of 2003. If you ever see someone defending lolicon or related material, bring the PROTECT Act up.

Oh, you mean these?
(A) computer generate depictions of children that are indistinguishable from depictions of real children;
(B) such visual depiction is a digital image, computer image, or computer-generated image that is, or is indistinguishable from, that of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct;
But that has nothing to do with fictional cartoon characters, that's only for realistic images.
In fact, the article goes into extensive detail on their reasoning: they are worried that a criminal could claim that the (realistic) CP was "computer generated", and therefore avoid going to jail. So that's why that provision exists. It has nothing at all to do with fictional characters (like anime).
Just saying, underage loli CP is not going to fly in a court of law when a lawyer says "It's just muh anime loli" because this act exists which essentially outlaws loli porn in the first place.
Also note,
that of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct;
So no, loli porn is NOT protected, people can go to prison for it.
It has nothing at all to do with fictional characters (like anime).
Doesn't matter, feds can and will prosecute for loli porn, guarantee it. Don't risk it.

Except the act absolutely does NOT outlaw it at all. It very specifically says "indistinguishable from depictions of real children". That cannot possibly be interpreted in any other way.
Numerous other sources also agree with me, that it does not apply to fictional characters, and it would hold up in court.
Of course the feds routinely ignore the law, so you could get arrested for it even if it's 100% legal, but the feds violating the law isn't anything new. You can also get arrested by the feds for exposing the kikes (even though that's free speech).

Wrong, you're just citing Congress' findings, not the act's functions nor actions itself.
Numerous sources, huh? Couldn't be bothered to list one?

That's fair, I'll give you that. Waco, Hammond's family, Ruby Ridge, etc come to mind.
However, we are talking about CP here, not government overreach. Anyone engaging with CP in any manner should face the full wrath of the law and the legal system in my opinion.
