I spent a good part of last year retraining nurses to go into other fields of work because they were all being laid off.
You dont stand down your armies in the middle of a war, and you sure as shit wouldnt send units actively engaging in battle on r+r en masse, so why, in the middle of the worlds deadliest ever pandemic.... was i fucking training tens of nurses per week into doing other jobs? why were they being laid off?
Two things come to mind, and for the first of those you need to look at nursing home nurses and the kinds of people they have working there. Dont even need to go in to that, we all know what happens there. Basically its people who will do what theyre told, or they get sacked jailed or.... quietly deported.
You want good nurses in hospitals right? Medical staff take certain oaths, one of which, is to do no harm. For a medical person to apply an experimental POISON against their will, they have to go against the very oath that they swore at the start of their profession, so they either dont believe in it, or dont care.
The medical staff being sacked or stood down are the ones that wont just do what theyre told.
The absolute trash that makes nursing homes what they have been for the last 20-30 years are now going to be employed in hospitals.
Now im well hated by a couple of nurses that ive known for a long time because i have this thing where i like to remind them that they are to a doctor what i was to a cop, theyre not gods, they dont make the fucking decisions, and they do a job they chose to do, but all 'oooooooooooooooooh my goooooooooooood we are thoooooooooooooo the motht important part of thotiety' shit aside, id still absolutely have them by my side looking after me in hospital because arrogant they may be, that doesnt stop them being fucking good at what they do and i would trust them.
Would i trust some big fat black fucking thing who keeps showing up in my room in the middle of the night and if i ask them about why they went into my drawers and through my wallet suddenly im given sedatives at night because im a trouble maker? WHEN YOUR GRANDMA IN THE NURSING HOME IS TELLING YOU SHES GETTING SMACKED AROUND BY THE NURSES THEN SUDDENLY GETS DOSED UP OUT OF THE BLUE ITS BECAUSE YOUR GRANDMA IS BEING SMACKED AROUND BY THE NURSES, NOT BECAUSE SHES OLD AND DODDERY AND AT THE END OF HER LIFE AND CLEARLY GOING SENILE AND MAKING UP STORIES.
The medical staff being hired to work at hospitals, are people who will do exactly what theyre told, no questions asked, no matter what. Which always ends the same way. Deaths. And when those deaths occur, those people will be disappeared before they can say 'but i was just doing what that guy told me' and ze germans can tell you all about what you can do with a medical workforce who has zero conscience. Were being dehumanized in preparation to become the next holocaust.
