The payments are set up to hospitals so that the more people that get sick and diagnosed with covid from the vax, the more money they make. So that one missing vial may have cost them thousands of dollars in lost potential revenue. Of course it's not that hard to make poison so I'm sure the vial will be easily replaced.

You cant get samples. They only send it to distribution networks setup by the state. Youd have to get a sample through an official channel, and even if they agree you cant trust them.

They should pay. 22 years ago I signed up to receive an experimental injection for $1400. I later decided against it and no-showed. I decided that $1000 of Amazon stock plus a new $400 FUBU jacket in 1999 wasn't worth my health. Given that my stock would now be worth a million, assuming I lived, my price for human experimentation went up.
