Not to be that guy, but sushi is raw fish on top of rice and sashimi is just raw fish. Exceptions are things like cooked shrimp or smoked salmon. "Roll's" can be raw or cooked, rice on seaweed or soy paper with various ingredients rolled up and sliced to bite size. There is also usually miso soup (fish broth with seaweed and tofu) tempura, and teriyaki are all cooked. Menu's usually have separate sections for cooked and raw. Watch Jiro dreams of Sushi if you want a great synopsis.

Humans evolved a sense of taste that preferred cooked food to avoid poisoning and parasites.

Well... there are traditional european dishes that are made from raw meat like German Mett or Steak tartare, and also there is a tradition in nordic countries of fermenting raw fish and also there is something called "high meat" which i haven't tried. Today you propably are better off cooking all the stuff if you don't know where exactly it comes from but even if you have a steak it's technically raw inside when done rare.

White people food mostly. carbs, vegetable and protein. breakfasts are something like bacons and eggs, or oatmeal or waffles and lunch dinner and are other white people foods. Chicken potatoes broccoli etc.

Most people see to like it but I have no idea how. I hate seafood to begin with, but even worse is the toasted nori that wraps around the sushi. It's bitter nasty shit.
