The flame result is merely a missing filter stage on a green laser allowing nomtransformed infra red to expel energy into dark items, like black balloons. I doubt it will engulf a nigger in flames. I have played with these things and you need a $58,000 dollar laser to knock down even a small high speed pro-hobby missile. Second of all, with regards to pantifa "light mages", there's a solution to that:

Get a cheap drone

Glue some corner-cube reflectors to it
