Holy shit. I just realized I described a reverse photovoltaic such as tritium alloy, or electromagnetic waves inducing photon release. If we could get a high energy particle release we could produce high acceleration potential. It would likely be outside visible spectrum range.

What you should look into is gravity manipulation. Something to do with high voltage electricity running throufh a torroidal drive. I believe a retured Nasa dude once wrote a manual on UFOs and how they could operate using conventional physics, no need for a new science. Essentially they create an independent gravity field that emanates from the ‘engine’ of the craft.

I wrote about this a while back. The math is: Lim r→∞ (GM₁M₂)/r² = 0 In other words, if you can increase the relevant radius between any two masses, then you will decrease the gravitational force between those objects. Energy bends gravity. If you can project two non-interacting energy waves in between the space of any two masses, then the effective radius between those objects will increase proportional to the amplitude of the two waves, which results in a proportional decrease in the effective gravititional force between the objects. If you can make the amplitude high enough and keep the waves in phase with each other so they don't interact, then you can reduce the effective gravitational force between the two objects a not insignificant amount.

Depending on whether or not you consider light to be made of massless particles (it isn't, but some believe it is), then light hitting any surface satisfies your conditions.

When light hits a surface, it exerts a pressure. When the light is reflected (vs. absorbed), the pressure is doubled: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radiation_pressure

Any radio luminescent influenced material would likely work, but if we’re optimizing for high impulse potential, tritium family of alloys seemed like a good place to start.

Another possible Avenue would be directing Cherenkov radiation to induce acceleration.
