I spend 10 hourse a day on Twitch, I think I'm at about 5 accounts banned from my favourite channels, plus one disabled by Twitch. I still have six up.
Gotta say I'm pretty proud. It's only a pain to switch accounts when this nigger website asks for email checkup.

When they block account I think it stops you from making other ones with the same mail adress. (otherwise we can have as many as we want with only one, hence why the bans are retarded)
So just make new ones with other mail adresses. I made two Protonmail accounts for this.
