Feds spell things wrong in order to get people to converse with them and have proof that they read and were on the page. They also use it to get people angry. One way they like to use to trick people into getting angry and saying something like a 'threat' which gives them reason enough to get warrants on people and go after the website itself (unless they want it up like a honeypot). Another reason they misspell words and use bad grammar is to 'fit in'. The people they want to trick or entrap, etc... cannot spell and are uneducated so they do it to mislead them. It's the same reason people who make fraudulent emails, to get peoples money, do it.

Sometimes it's just someone typing fast and not proof-reading but sometimes it's a fed.

Go read some actual fed postings. They really do this.
