Fixed a bug with @ping not notifying the user

You can also ping with punctuation now, so '@system!' or '@system,' should work.

My mention pings are still fucked. I don’t get them in the thread where pinged, but now I got it…. Received multiple where mentioned in the parent comment. Each child gave me a ping without even a mention.
