That graph doesn't show anything but a decline in the number of cases. It actually shows nothing about deaths and gives no data to indicate there was a change before April 20. A fucking idiot wrote that story.

Ivermetcin is also a prophylactic as well as being a treatment for those who get covid. This is the reason why so few covid cases in Africa. Most of Africa already uses hydroxychloroquine and for decades because they have sorts of bad diseases there like malaria. It's like an over the counter wonder drug there and supposedly safer than aspirin.

I thought based India gave all its citizens home Covid kits and they were gonna be just fine. That’s what I was reading last year.

I think it depends on the state. I've seen mixed cases where some states were based and others weren't. I read an article that a state government had approved the use of hydroxychloroquine and the later on approved ivermectin. I've also seen videos where government workers are trying to force vaccinations on people and the citizens are resisting.
