Marlboros are over 8$ a pack here. I'm also glad I quit for that reason. I miss smoking so much though.

Wild guess, but the situation was probably one of the following:

A) "AYO LEMME USE YO PHONE REEW QUICK AH GOTSTA CAWL MA BABY DADDY IS BEEZ MERGENCY"
B) "AYO AH NEEDSTA MAKE A CAWL LEMME PLUCK MUH PHONE IN THA BATREE DAID"
C) "AYO WHO Y'ALL CAWLIN?? WHO Y'ALL TOKKIN TUH?? Y'ALL CAWLIN ON MUH CUZ AHZ BLATT??!"

And then the perceived slight of course justifies the chimpout.

UPDATE

So upon reviewing the video more in-depth, two items of note:

1) One of the sheboons on scene babbles something about not speaking chinese.
2) Towards the end of the video, the chimping sherilla ooks something along the lines of "IZ DAT FUNNAY?!" over and over.

So based on this, it's likely a variant of C (see above).

The owner/clerk was probably talking to someone on the phone in chinese, started laughing, and the sheboon assumed that the owner/clerk was talking about it and laughing at it. All of this would, of course, justify the chimpout.
