I'm not sure, but probably Judith and Holofernes. She was a jewish woman who seduced an enemy leader the night before battle, then while he was sleeping it off she cut his head off and returned with it to the jewish camp. It has always been interpreted as an act of bravery for her to sacrifice her virtue for her nation, but I just see it as jewish tricks.
Great painting though, I can easily see Cynabuns lopping off the heads of misbehaving accounts :P
Edit: Looked it up. "Judith Beheading Holofernes" Carvaggio.
Up until the 19th century almost all historical art featured biblical subjects, often as a contemporary political statement (for example, Handel's Judas Maccabeus was actually about the Earl of Marlbrough's victory over the scots).
I see no problem with celebrating that art as Alois has done, or reusing it for memetic purposes.
