Spam is not free speech

Copy pasting news links with a script is not free speech.

Repeatedly posting the same topic over and over again is not free speech.

Using a bot to paste auto replies is not free speech.

Using multiple accounts to converse with yourself and manipulate what does and doesn't make it to the front page is not free speech.


We don't accept people posting kiddie porn, and we don't accept pajeets posting about dick enhancement pills, because we inherently accept that these actions are not a form of expressed speech. Yes, they involve speaking an idea, but that's not free speech.

These are not forms of speech anymore than me molesting a child would be a form of expressing myself. We have universally accepted limits on expression, it's simply up to the society to decide what is considered acceptable.

edit2: it can't be PeterPanWannabe in this instance, gabara is in that picture which means it's older than 10 hours.. looking at how close the Martin Looter King post is to the reddit posts it could even be TheKingOfOphanim itself, how did he even come up with the idea that it's Hey_guys_whats_up?

@system @Cynabuns so we have this guy TheKingOfOphanim out of the blue posting content and accusing another user (Hey_guys_whats_up) of "reporting" said guy's voat thread on reddit, all within ~10 hours. The reported thread's age and reddit posts are within the hour, the reddit account has no other activity and the accused's comment history does not suggest in any he goes to reddit to cry about racism, odds are TheKingOfOphanim is an SBBH alt and the reddit account I found is his. A further possibility is they're both LARP'ing this conflict.

Having principles is good. Adhering to a principle that is obviously being abused is stupid.

Just assume porn is Free Speech for a moment regardless of your beliefs. If it is corrupting a non-porn but Free Speech environment, then violate the Free Speech principle regarding it and remove the material. Then simply ignore those that inevitably bemoan, "muh Free Speech, you hypocrite!"

If you only follow a principle 98% of the time, you still "own" that principle. 100% is expected by deceivers that never had any principles of their own.

Principles are pointless restrictions that limit someones ability to think out different scenarios. There is literally no such golden principle because that would assume the world is black and white, but it gets destroyed so easily. Killing is wrong right? Until were killing a pedophile that is. Stealing is also wrong, until youre taking food from a nigger to feed your kids. Lying is wrong, until you are lying to the government so they don't take away your family.

Principles guide our morality but morality is not black and white, and neither will be our freedoms, ever. It will always be a battle, a back and forth, of what we are willing to fight for, and for what is willed to be given away.

Does posting to whatever or all count as a topic? If so that would be a lot of voaters. And if that were the same as spam that would have the effect of making AOU right in attempting to get people to post into different topics.
