Until that happens, Rand Paul is the one person Americans have to get behind. A group needs one person to support and push to the lead. Humans are pack animals and must have that totem for the group to survive.

Obviously they have to limit tier powers as well, but without a leader the globalists will just lead to constant terrorism and that's fine with them; more destruction of the country they hate so hard.
