I use to work with this old 50 year old nigger. Mother fucker couldn't read to save his life, and it was actually on the line in some situations. We made soap, and he was our assistant. It was his job to weigh and deliver lye and oil to us. I can't count the thousands of dollars lost to that nigger's illiteracy. So what did the bosses do? Fire him? Give him a simpler job to do? Fucking nope. They made that nigger my boss and asked me to train him. That's the day I walked out on that job. No regrets.
