They use the sort of wand thing with a clip on the end to attach toilet paper. I know this because my wife works in home care and we've got all this niche medical equipment that she gives to patients. I would pay good money for a picture of my face when she told me what it was.

I was on vacation. Group of 13 whales in the cabin next to me. Fat children, fat mothers, fat dogs.

All proudly double vaxxed and healthy. I had a good laugh with another guy about it. These people now believe themselves to be healthy. It's fucking hilarious.
