i don't see any niggers in there doing picnics (infact i never a single nigger in my life doing a picnic, picnic is a white man's concept, apes just eat and litter as they go..)

Picnic comes from the French words pique-nique (to pick small things).

I guess the nigger "picnic" would be voler-télé (steal TVs).

During 9/11 the french governments ordered the removal of public bins because "potential bin-bombs".

Things got pretty dirty for a while, their response was to hire more public employees to go around sweeping litter with big street cleaning machines.
