Correction-

How to enable Voat mode:

1. Find OP

2. Declare OP is a kike/nigger/faggot.

3. Point out the countless failures and character flaws that other users have as human beings.

4. In the most pugnacious way possible, remind them they are unworthy of the title goat.

5. Stick up nose and harrumph at dissenting opinions, especially when you secretly agree or find merit in the argument.

6. Drink a lot of beer.

7. That is all.

That options UI is fucking ugly. How about throwing that into a <table> so the text and buttons can each have their own, nicely symmetrical columns?
