You need an "anchor" exchange, a hard wallet, and a trading exchange if you want to get into crypto.

If you only want to use it this time to do this one transaction, go download kucoin and purchase bitcoin through their third party. It may still need Id it depends.

Most exchanges and wallets require ID to set up these days, verification is seldom quick. You should probably set up a wallet first.
