Those that have not recovered from the virus will need to get both doses of the vaccine, while those who have recovered from the virus will get the Green Pass after getting the first dose.

Unless of course, the vaccine is making you more susceptible to infection and reinfection as has been shown in other nations, by a marked increase in inter-transmissibility by those with high vaccination uptake.
