It's not equal, equal is the sane number of opponents on each team, this is one guy against multiple women who come at him in series, with no rest period for the guy to recoup his lost stamina.
There was a very real chance of him losing.
Also, I don't think this is Queensbury style boxing, so those supposed cheap shots might actually be legal moves in this tournament.
He had to fight these women back to back, and beat each of them in succession.
Each time he draining a lot of stamina.
The video announcers are making it seem like he's the one who's at an advantage, but in reality, he's at a very distinct disadvantage.
The cheap shots might not be, we didn't hear what the rules were, maybe it's legal and both sides are allowed to fight like this.
I mean, they are wearing helmets, and there's clearly no weight classing, do it's not under the standard rules. Perhaps it's may Thai, or pankration, or some other form of boxing tournament, in which case those moves may or may not be legal.
