Supporting anyone bettering themselves is always a good thing for society.

The local gym I go to, whenever the trainer's have a new client every body give them a warm welcome and a thumbs up. You've got to have enthusiasm and determination to stick with it. It isn't going to be easy, especially if you've got other people at home sabotaging you. You come in knowing we're not going to ruin your chances of success.

Everyone starts somewhere. When I was 58 I over head pressed 300 lbs on a hammer strength machine.. that was after 4 years in the gym.

Nothing makes me happier than to see a fatty at the gym, and then getting to watch them get in shape over the next year or two.

hell at 19 my gf at the time was my workout buddy. lady pushed me to my physical limits. and i pushed her to hers.....to bad her was like a literal 1/8th of what i could do. i could bench like 275 she could barely bench 50lbs. i could squat 385 she could squat 100lbs.) one day on cardio day she ran me until i almost blacked out. and the next day had me do 150 situps in a fucking row. after 119 i layed on the floor holding my stomach and said "holy fuck your a goddamned slave driver" and got in 125 until i couldnt go anymore. then that same day i was laying on the bench press with 200lbs on it and she "spotted me" and by spotted me i mean she practically was rubbing her pussy on my face as i was doing bench presses. it was....distracting to say the least. and she thought it was funny that i got a hard-on while working out and routinely called me gay after it. :/ i miss that silly whore.

the effort is good but fatty should be more worried about his diet than a treadmill. story has gay undertones, because gyms are gay.

Church and the gym are two places where those most in need if being there are kept out by the assholes already there.
