I don't know man, a few knocks won't lead to CTE. Best to let the kids get it out of their system and move on. It does some highly irresponsible to put them in this situation based on modern values but I could really care less if a bunch of people beat each others' brains in to pulp. I got my bell ring several times playing football as a really small kid where no one really gets hit that hard. I got one concussion playing touch football (got pushed over and head hit the ground) in middle school during lunch break and never played again. My absolute moron of a mother tried getting me to play in my full contact league that same week. Luckily we got eliminated from the playoffs and there was any pressure to get back.

I can't imagine how often it happens with post-pubescent men hitting each other at full speed.
