The retard ADA (who probably knows less than most of the goats here) submitted video evidence had been "blown up" by zooming in on the native viewer app on an iPad. The defense made the point that this distorts the image (because of iOS sharpening/focus AI) and would present an inaccurate image.
So the judge cleared the room and there was a discussion on whether the evidence should be allowed. The defense asked if the prosecutor even knew what kind of OS the iPad was running and the response was "I don't know off the top of my head."
I don’t even know if that was what the defense was actually talking about. Binger said something about pinching and zooming some video and the defense said he thought the prosecution was going to use some 3D imaging app that would be adding alot of information through AI using apple “logarithms”, haha kid you not. Then binger was like” look no, we’re just using the zooming technology that all use cool zoomers have on our phones you retarded boomers, it doesn’t interpolate anything” which isn’t fucking true obviously. Then everybody said “logarithms” 7 more times and they took a break to look for somebody’s grandkid who could explain it to them . Thats what I got out of it. I think the defense was actually thinking there would be some 3D shit like they use in sports.
