HAHAHAHAHAHA!

Fatty just won the case today because the defense sat on their skinny asses. This guy is the reason Kyle will now go to jail.

Not so funny.

The defense FUCKED UP and now the jury will be instructed that they can view as provocation any number of thing Kyle did, such as cross state lines, fail to retreat, or momentarily point a gun toward Joshua Zaminski who had a gun and was firing it at the time. All the legal analysts said this was a very bad day for Kyle and the defense blew it on a bunch of procedural shit.

Provocation instruction. Look it up on twatter or something. Fatty earned his pay today.

I just don’t know. But all the legal commentators like Rekieta seem to be pointing out the same stuff you are saying.

I couldnt follow all of today’s procedings. I was in an out and what I did see didn’t make much sense to me. But people seem angry about this shit video / screen shot being allowed and also the failure of the defense to agressively fight this provocation instruction.

Were closing arguments today? I wasn't able to watch any.

No, they will probably end on tuesday.

Why was Kyle allowed to cross state lines anyway?

Why wouldn’t he be? He lived 10 minutes away. He worked in kenosha and his dad lived in kenosha. He doesn’t need to prove he had a stake in the community, but he certainly did.

It was a comb-over on day 1, but I'm pretty sure he's balded significantly over the course of the trial. Looking at him today, the front of his head was so spotty and thin I thought it was dirt smudges.

I'll have two first degrees, a first degree reckless, a second degree with extra reckless, an aggravated manslaughter, two reckless endangerments, one with cheese, and a large soda

Sorry sir, we're out.

Can I change my order?

You can be as innocent as hell but if a jury agrees prosecution proved all charges beyond reasonable doubt then you are fcked and unfortunately Kyle is gonna get ram-rodded ... with binger fawning For the longest sentence possible as a deterrent to any other would be 'instigator' ...
