It’s probably true, but the Koreans are notorious for being the biggest blamey whiners in all of Asia, so I’d want to see a second or 3rd opinion before accepting this one.

To the Koreans, this would be the equivalent of the Jews suddenly claiming they’ve found the 1st written order by a top nazi brass to kill Jews.

Spoiler alert: It's going to be found to be a fake in 7 or 8 years.

I don't see what's so shocking. Political assassinations and diplomats working as spies isn't anything new.
