I indeed have nowhere near the 5g of creatine worth of red meat in my diet. Most of my animal protein comes from eggs and as I understand, they're not exactly high in creatine.
Also, until my late 20s I've been groomed by the jew education into thinking its okay to sit at computer for a living so I do have a lot to catch up. At least "trying" to be a meathead is the least I can do for myself.
Yep, there's a german branded creatine ("Creapure") that seems mostly unaffected but barely anyone is retailing it and it was already twice the price to begin with.
Hopefully some biochem factory within our continent will start manufacturing this shit soon. From what I understand it's not rocket science and you need the facilities to produce it.
