TOW, Tube launched, Optic sighted, Wire guided. Funny story, I was new at the Army electronics maintenance unit. I had no clue what a TOW was, but the TOW repairers worked in the same building. The scandal went something like this: a new TOW repairman dropped a lens. (this was 35 years ago) The lens at the time costs $5,000. IF, big IF, IF he had just owned up to his mistake, it would have been fine, naturally, because it was just an accident. But no, this newb bought some super glue, and glued the lens back together, and wrote up the TOW as good to go, A OK Perfect condition after his repairs.

Imagine you have a pair of binoculars, you look thru the lens, and see a giant crack through the lens, held together with glue. This lens was about 5 inches round = HUGE lens = HUGE crack. Needless to say the TOW didn't make it through final inspection. Repairman was given Article 15, busted down in Rank, forfeited 2 months pay. Only because he didn't admit his mistake, tried to cover it up. What an idiot.

That's us, getting shot by zogbot weapons, for refusing to submit to pharmaceutical genocide.

Either they were at the rocket's max range, or it was a old/improperly stored rocket.

Can't think of anything else that would account for it's relatively slow flight and wandering course to target.
