The mask exemption card is slowly losing its effectiveness. Many places, including doctors are now just shrugging and saying they don't care. You must wear a mask. What do?

It worked for a while, but now no one seems to be concerned they will be sued for discriminating on the basis of a medical condition anymore. I can't help but believe its because they are more afraid of the health department fining them, but that's another issue entirely. I called the ADA hotline and asked about it. The girl on the line said "they can make protocols in the interest of public safety. This includes requirements to ware a mask or a face shield. I pressed her about how this can supersede those with a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask. The short and shit answer was too damn bad.

I am not surprised by any of this mind you. I knew the masks were never about safety or health from the beginning, and no amount of evidence as to the ineffectiveness of masks since then has changed any(government) minds about it, nor will it. The simple truth is the masks are a half-life 2 pop can.

In the game this is a test of submission. It is designed to show the player that they are in a dystopian hell hole. The masks, which have no medical justification whatsoever, and in fact are dangerous, are just this - a test of submission.

I am sure everyone here understands that perfectly well, but for the time being I... WE need to find another way to deal with this. I won't cave. I will lose my job before I do, but so much the better if I don't have to.

So time to get down to brass tacks. What is the most effective way to ramrod this or any exemption through at work or the doctors office? If the answer is "lawyer" or "sue them", remember I'll need to start with a lawyer that will even see me without a mask, and is willing to fight this. That is a pickle right there since most will also be posed.

I need details. How do I go about finding the right lawyer, what do I say, how do I present myself? What exactly are my rights?

I'm in Indiana btw. There isn't any standing public mask mandate that I am aware of, but all the medical offices that I've checked (many) all said masks are required. I have been thrown out of several places when I booked an appointment and tried just showing up in spite of the mandates. I've said and done everything short of suing to bully this through, all to no avail. Clearly that strat isn't working anymore either.

This isn't as simple as not giving my business to a lefty restaurant. Medical and work are serious and worth fighting for.

I'm grateful for any advice.

The US is occupied. I've been trying to wake everyone that will listen up to this fact, so I am well aware. Still, not everyone is jewed, otherwise the courts wouldn't of blocked biden's vax mandate.

I am looking for any strat, not just lawyers btw.

Wouldn't have blocked his vax mandate... That only happened (temporarily) to get you to say not everyone is kiked. Every single one of them is kiked, but they need you to think there's still a few on your side. Someone to root for.

I am reminded of that post about the rats in water. The rats gave up and drowned in 15 minutes. Then they did the experiment again, and this times they pulled the rats out at 13 minutes and let them rest before putting them back in. This times the rats swam for like 24 hours before collapsing. One soldiered on for 48 hours.

I think about this in relation to current events often.

You can find a lawyer willing to take your case but be prepared to put in some leg work. Start by calling your states local bar association, they'll usually have a referral section. The more specific you are the better chances you'll find a good match. Don't give up if the first one says no and don't be afraid to ask him/her for a referral. I always offered a referral if it was something I wasn't interested in or was too busy. It may take you a day of calling but you'll find someone.

Easy to say, hard to do. How do I even find an old one when I have to go through the young idiot women in the reception office to get to them? How do I find an old doctor that is specialized in the field I need?

You might need to network a little bit. Ask some friends or your parents' friends, depending on your age. You could even go to your doctor and straight up ask. One reason I am telling you this is because doctors and nurses aren't trusting of the vaxx. Older doctors are so close to retirement they don't care if the get caught for having lied about taking it themselves. They have someone lie for them and vice versa. I know* this happen. Go see your doctor, they will ask if you've been vaxx, when you say no, gauge his response. If he doesn't seem to care or makes an agreeing comment, straight up tell him you are terrified of the shots and wish someone could squirt the vaxx in the sink for you. Guage his response and the ask if he knows anyone. Go from there.

The other thing you can do is move. There are plenty of places, assuming you are American, that don't push this shit. You can go into business for yourself. All those immigrants owning businesses just get loans to open franchises. Be bold. Live life on your terms.

Ask them if they are ok with being charged and sued with psychological torture and denial of rights.

Point out that the tactics being used are know to be used by narcissists, psychopaths and pedophiles. And that they have made themselves accomplices in treason, crimes against humanity and genocide. That their ignorance is no defence under the law.

These morons only care about personal consequences and they worry more about the government abusing them or losing their jobs. Make them worry about the legal consequences of their blind obedience.

My advice person from Indiana is to mask-up and indeed get double-vaccinated with a booster. But talking about masks, my wife and I had this discussion yesterday and she was a very reluctant mask-wearer in the First Wave but now she wears her mask shopping as if it's simply some other item of clothing. Now she can't see why people make such a big deal about it. Yes it's a bit inconvenient but not much and look at the benefit... increases Covid protection by 200% when two people are wearing masks.

I live in Commiefornia. I never wore a mask. Not now, not last year. I went shopping everywhere without a mask, and when I was confronted I always ignored them, walked away, and eventually they left me alone. I acted with dignity, defended myself, and I didn't wear a FUCKING MASK.

I have a dentist appointment coming up. I refuse to wear the mask but I know they will try. And I assume if they refuse to see me they will charge me with a cancellation fee.

Don't pay. I've been charged ridiculous fees before and I just flat out ignore them. It is not worth their while sending more than three emails chasing $20.

A lot of doctors are offering video appointments now. If you’re looking to see a lawyer or a doctor in person I would get them (not the receptionist) on the phone if possible and tell them you are exempt from wearing a mask prior to your appointment. That way you don’t waste your time. This has worked for me.

You could do what I did when I had to get drug tested for a new job and just tell them "No." when they ask you to wear a mask. Worked for me. I live in rural Illinois, so I imagine a similar atmosphere regarding all the mandates. You could also look for alternative/holistic doctors. What part of Indiana are you in? I know of one in Eastern Illinois you could look into if you're nearby, which you might be.

Apparently they also have an office in Champaign, IL. I just know of them and they come recommended to me from my former mentor who got me started on my journey into natural health. I haven't needed to visit a doctor during any of this because, frankly, I'm very healthy, so they are just a suggestion on my part, but I'd be floored if they did any of the mask BS.
