I was wondering if this is what they were talking about. This being the case, it's some legal rule that is jamming things up. Not an additive.

I’m not a diesel guy myself, but almost all the guys I know are. They all hate what the government has done to the diesel truck industry. Virtually all of them have either deleted the systems from their newer trucks or refuse to buy ones that “require” it. One of the guys I know actually rebuilds and restores old diesels and makes bank doing it.

same thing happening int he states. Transaxel replacement parts (every 100k-ish miles) which is needed by about 80% of all trucks in the us markets have been used up. reports are the last one was installed a few weeks back...
