They've always been and still are, just not in a policy sense. They're classists, so the rules they want for everyone else they don't want applied to themselves.

And it's not just the Beverly Hills elites either, classism runs deep on their "side." Look at all the retards that tried to arm themselves just last year, only to freak out when they were told about waiting periods, background checks, purchase limits, etc. Those are things to be applied only to the bad guys, you see, not the good guys.

Funny enough, one moved to a much worse, almost as liberal area. She moved to one of the most dangerous cities in the nation to one that's even worse and almost as expensive. The ones I know didn't move to any conservative states and shit them up. They just moved to other liberal shitholes.
