Why do I hate everyone and everything?

I hate social media, I hate girls. In general, I just hate people. I am not fond of life either, likewise animals.
What's worrisome is that this is fairly new, and both sides of my family are known to have mental illnesses. Should I be worried?

It's a normal reaction to the absurd level of bullshit, the greed, the narcissism, the ignorance that festers in most people. You're likely not surrounding yourself with people who are worthy of appreciation.

...as for animals...that's not normal. Animals are unable of making anything but base instinct decisions. Hating them is pointless.

enough sunlight in your eyes and on your skin
enough protein and fat from animals
enough fruit and veggies
a way to grow (be it bettering your physical or mental abilities, best do both.
