Very unfortunate. I've been a fan of his for a while and it seemed as though things were looking a bit better for him recently. Addiction is a sad life. But fuck does it not write some amazing music too. Most of the other bands in his genre are all fucking commies. He was real. His cover of shady Grove from the delousing sessions is one of my favorites I'll share here.

I had no idea! I was the same username on old voat as well. Never knew I was a part of the same little community. I'm saddened by your loss knowing you were close, but I'm glad to be here with you now to even have a short chat about him. Best of luck to you and his family and I'm very glad they were able to find Arlo. I had been following that effort on other social media.
