Wouldn't it be best to ask girls "You are vaccinated aren't you?" as if you want them to say they are, and then if they admit it you drop them, easy peesy. Don't drop them immediately so they never realize that's the reason, we don't want to screw over the next guy

Call their employer and see whether they've reported as vaxxed. Also ask if they've traveled etc.

Tell them upfront on the date that you will contact their employer to check their vax status, as opposed to just doing it after the fact.

Even if the vax didn't have potential fertility issues, it portrays them in an extremely negative light, sociologically, psychologically, intellectually, and even to some extent personably.
