Crushed by a forklift that rolled over, IIRC. It happened a while ago. Also IIRC, he was in such critical condition that he was given a choice to have the plug pulled or to amputate his lower half. He chose the latter, so OP's OP was a faggot.

His girlfriend said she'd try to be accommodating and stay with him. I wonder how that turned out; those things rarely work out well.
