Like 20 years ago I remember hearing israel allegedly has certain direct access to US nukes in the region.

Seeing how Mossad now controls US Centcom, i think it’s likely true.

I think all they've got are the original designs and what stock they've stolen or purchased off the black market because they don't have the intellectual capability to complete a duplicate of a more modern design.

in 1990, all the nukes in Ukraine were up for grabs. A lot of it disappeared.

When they decommissioned nuclear reactors in Ontario Canada a lot of "stuff" just disappeared.

THe UN allegiance to China and the guy running it, Maurice Strong suggests China, but Israel isn't out of the running for thieving opportunistic parasite either.

Israel had nukes long before 1990, they partnered with the French in the Early 60's. Israels first Nuclear reactor was built by the French. The Israelis likely had functional warheads by 1969, they definitely had warheads by 1973.
