Well, I mean, I think a human's potential is pretty easily assessed and that demographic data is a crucial determinant.

A man's unwillingness to accept his station in life is the cause for much of the social discord we are currently experiencing. I think all stations in life are equally respectable, yet not equally valuable in terms of net societal contributions. The vaulting ambition of men is stoked by unseen rabble rousers in order to destabilize the current system in favor of a new one; a new one in which these hidden puppeteers will be the new masters. It has happened time and time again throughout history. It is currently happening right now in the form of identity politics. There are unseen jews behind all of these movements, simply trying to cause societal turnover. The fact that it is so remarkably effective speaks volumes about the human condition.
