I don't either, but the Han Chinese aren't a race of Asian Übermensch (despite what they think). In fact just because their urban high class and the Children of party members tend to be high IQ, but the urban lower class tend be low IQ bug people and rural Han Chinese tend to have nigger tier IQ's.

The author of the paper is a genius tier secret shitlord. There is no political angle in the document and every statement is factual. He gets away with it by saying 'the Chinese think this'. Top tier. I heartily applaud this nigger for telling DoD kikes what they already know but forbid to be spoken of.

I want to agree with you, but the paper was presented in 2017, and things only got worse. DoD had no intention of acting on the paper.

In fact, the paper specifies the actions for the DoD to take - to call the Chinese racists...... that's about it.
