I doubt the wellbeing of the boys in this case is most people's highest priority issue, but any civilized person with a moral sense can understand why the relationship between teacher and student should not cross the sexual line. It really has nothing to do with whether boys will 'make it out' of this okay; it's about preserving the integrity of a foundational institution in your country, and that relies on adults not sleeping with minors, and especially adults to whom we give the responsibility of looking after minors for 35+ hours each week.
